Course Content

This course combines theoretical foundations of andragogy with practical applications to support high-quality adult education. Participants engage in interactive sessions, group work, and hands-on activities focused on motivation, experience-based learning, and learner-centred design. Throughout the programme, educators develop practical strategies that can be directly applied in their own teaching contexts to enhance learning effectiveness and sustainability.

  • Lifelong learning and its role in quality education

  • Group activity: Analysing learner profiles and training needs

  • Self-directed learning and learner responsibility

Afternoon Session (3 hours):

  • Interactive and participatory teaching methods

  • Workshop: Designing motivation-enhancing learning activities
