About the course

This 5-day course is designed for NGO management staff to enhance their skills in planning, recruiting, training, managing, and evaluating volunteer programs. Participants will learn culturally sensitive strategies, legal frameworks, and effective techniques to motivate volunteers, integrate them into organizational goals, and leverage governmental support systems. The program combines interactive workshops, case studies, and a field visit to a volunteer organization to provide hands-on experience.
