About the course
This course is designed to equip educators with the knowledge and skills to implement peer mediation programs in schools. Peer mediation is a conflict resolution process where students help their peers resolve disputes through communication and problem-solving techniques. The course focuses on reducing interpersonal conflicts, improving students’ leadership and empathy skills, and creating a more peaceful school environment.
