About the course

This course aims to support school staff in understanding the underlying reasons for bullying in schools and exploring ways to create a more peaceful atmosphere to enhance the learning and teaching process. Through the use of drama, participants will learn how to address bullying, foster empathy, and develop strategies to prevent and intervene in bullying incidents. The course combines theoretical knowledge with practical, hands-on activities to create a transformative learning experience.

What will you learn?

By the end of this course, participants will:

Understand the dynamics of bullying: Recognize the types, causes, and long-term effects of bullying on both victims and bullies, and explore the role of drama as a tool for prevention and intervention.

Develop practical skills to address bullying: Use drama techniques such as role-playing, empathy-based storytelling, and improvisation to create awareness, foster empathy, and model positive behavior in school settings.
